Were looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help scale our growing business.
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing projects, crews, and resources to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. This person will work closely with ownership, sales, and field teams to streamline processes, maintain excellent customer service, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations, project schedules, and workforce management
Manage subcontractors and in-house crews, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards
Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics for multiple ongoing projects; inspect & measure select sold jobs
Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize profitability
Work with sales and estimating teams to transition projects from signed contract to production
Monitor budgets, job costs, and profitability, providing regular reports to ownership
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees
Recruit, train, and lead field staff while promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
5+years of operations management experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (experience with CRM software is a plus)
Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
