We are seeking a full-time FedEx BC (Operations Manager) in the Savannah, GA area!

This role requires the ability to effectively lead a team of drivers through package delivery routes to residential communities and businesses. The right candidate will be adaptable with a strong work ethic, confidence, ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills.

**This is not a Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM position. It will require some long-hour days and occasional weekend work, but it will also be flexible with your schedule when circumstances allow it.**

Schedule & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $70K-$75K, depending on experience
• Year-end performance-based bonus
• PTO

Manager Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of or older (for insurance purposes)
• Must have a valid driver's license with ability to drive a straight truck
