Operations Manager - Home Care Agency - Unlimited Earning Potential!

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our sales efforts, acquiring new clients, managing our team of compassionate caregivers, and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential based on your performance and contribution to the overall growth of the agency. This position is approximately 80% remote but requires strong field marketing and client engagement skills. You'll be meeting with families, caregivers, and referral partners in the community, as well as participating in outreach events.
