What Youll Do
In this role, youll oversee day-to-day operations, manage key metrics, and drive alignment across departments in our in-office, phone-based sales team.
You will:
- Lead operational functions across sales, marketing, acquisitions, and lead management
- Mentor and coach team leads and contributors with a performance-first mindset
- Own and manage KPI dashboards using advanced Google Sheets
- Recruit, interview, and onboard team members to maintain a proactive talent pipeline
- Streamline and standardize workflows; identify bottlenecks and lead improvements
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into actionable projects
- Manage vendor relationships and technology implementations
- Champion onboarding and training with a culture of growth and execution
Requirements
Qualifications
- 710 years of experience in operational leadership at a small to mid-sized, fast-paced company
- Proven success leading sales or marketing teams with clear KPI accountability
- Expert-level skills in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, multi-sheet models)
- Strong ability to resolve cross-functional issues and drive interdepartmental collaboration
- Experience evaluating and implementing third-party vendors and tools
- Excellent communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Background in real estate, inside sales, or high-volume industries like solar, roofing, home services, or call centers is a plus
