About the Role
As the Operations Leader at Roma Moulding, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage multiple teams, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally to meet business objectives. From overseeing production workflows to managing supply chain logistics, your role will be integral in keeping the business running smoothly.
Your leadership will shape our operational strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that the company meets its performance goals. You will balance short-term operational needs with long-term business growth, ensuring that all functions are aligned and working toward a shared vision.
Speaking and writing fluently in Spanish is a requirement for this role — you will work closely with Spanish-speaking partners, vendors, and team members across our operations, so proficiency is essential.
What You Will Own
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage multiple teams, ensuring they work efficiently and cohesively to meet daily and long-term business goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the execution of day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership across departments (e.g., IT, sales, production, and customer care) to ensure alignment of operations with company goals.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success, driving accountability and results across teams.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term business strategies by providing insights on operational improvements, resource allocation, and future scalability.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all areas of operations.
- Leadership & Training: Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to excel.
