Job Description:
We are seeking a leader with an operational excellence mindset to guide our production and planning teams through the next phase of Liberty Systems’ product and market expansion. This operations professional is responsible for operations strategy and production processes, team leadership & development, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Define annual operations strategy, plans, KPI’s and metrics for production team.
2. Optimize resource management (labor, materials, and equipment) to deliver production goals. Implement agile and efficient methods to support growth objectives.
3. Develop lean quality standards, processes, and systems to drive safety and reliability.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, engineering, and service to enhance product development and increase market shares.
5. Lead, train, and mentor the production team.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or related technical field. Advanced degree a plus.
· Experience: At least five years of operations management within a manufacturing environment. Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practitioner.

· Proven analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
