The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the store, including office administration, inventory control, receiving processes, and staff coordination. This position works closely with department managers to ensure smooth workflows, accurate communication, and exceptional service. The Operations Manager is accountable for scheduling, cash handling, safety oversight, and ensuring company standards are met across all areas of the store.
