Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and conduct performance reviews for Operations Crew members.
- Provide training, guidance, and on-site support to crews, including billboard installation, maintenance, and vegetation control when necessary.
- Manage the Operations workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are in working order and inventory is stocked.
- Schedule and assign daily work orders, job routes, and hotel accommodation for overnight stays.
- Oversee and approve weekly payroll, expenses, and Proof of Performance (POP) documentation; follow up on missing items.
- Track delivery of vinyls and maintain an organized system for storage and inventory of returned materials.
- Maintain detailed records and logs for inventory, maintenance, Capex, tools, and equipment.
- Order supplies and rent additional tools or equipment as needed (e.g., boom lifts).
- Lead monthly safety meetings and inspections; document training and certifications and promote a safety-first culture.
- Communicate with leadership and other departments regarding scheduling, budgeting, and supply needs.
- Attend regular market and operations meetings and conduct quarterly market ride-alongs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Associate for logistics and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of related operations or field experience.
- Minimum 5 years management experience.
- Valid CDL driver’s license .
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
