What Youll Do: Your Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, youll wear many hats, but your ultimate goal is to lead, serve, and grow. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

Team Leadership & Culture Building

• Manage and schedule a staff of 10-12 team members to ensure optimal performance and coverage.
• Lead team meetings, check-ins, and foster a positive, client-centered environment.
• Hire, train, and develop team members alongside ownership.

Operations & Systems Management

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure seamless use of Zenoti software and POS systems.
• Maintain compliance with all operational protocols and procedures.

Driving Revenue & Client Engagement

• Train and motivate staff on effective sales techniques to promote services and memberships.
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving goals.
• Facilitate lead , community events, and local partnerships to grow brand awareness.
• Social media engagement and Google reviews followed up on a daily basis.

Training & Development

• Onboard and continuously coach team members on services, protocols, and client care.
• Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions with ownership and franchise teams.

KPI Management & Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to ownership.
• Collaborate on revenue goals, membership growth, and client retention strategies.

What Were Looking For: Your Qualifications

Were seeking a servant leader who is passionate about health and wellness and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Heres what youll need to succeed:

Must-Haves:

• At least 2 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Passion for health, wellness, and personal well-being.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Alignment with our core values: wellness enthusiast, always kind, problem solver, thoughtfully intentional, and 1% better.

(But Not Required):

• Experience as a Wellness or Health Coach.
• Familiarity with mindfulness, nutrition, and holistic therapies.
• Multilingual abilities.
