We’re looking to hire a professional and proactive operations manager/executive assistant(hybrid role)to help run our real estate investment company. Some of the tasks include developing a strategy to apply/manage business loans, focusing on improving net profits/operations.,manage real estate inventory for our flipping business, coordinate repairs with contractors, as well as personal tasks for the executives.
Compensation:
$85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Manage business loans, mortgage loans, and other financial accounts
- File documents and create organizational systems
- Provide key strategic input to help grow company efficiency and net profits
- Negotiate with vendors
- Drive to properties and set up lockboxes and or take videos of properties. Oversee the staging of properties and make sure properties are ready for showings
- Coordinate the executive's personal calendars, tasks, such as home cable installation, coordinate occasional grocery shopping, and set personal appointments
- Occasionally, grant access to properties for buyers/construction crews
