Personal Assistant

**THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY**

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (variable Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Location: Denver, CO 80206
Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage a calendar, schedule and attend appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Send reminders and ensure timely attendance.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing messages and responding appropriately.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Assist with scheduling movers, staging, and attending pickups.
  • Draft and proofread documents, reports, and communications.
  • Maintain, order, and pick-up office supplies and other materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving and staging process.
  • Assist with various projects, both for company and personal events.
  • Other tasks and duties as requested.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite or other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a busy schedule, and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communications, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Anticipate needs, find solutions independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
