We're seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our home care agency. This key leadership role ensures high-quality care delivery, staff coordination, compliance, and process improvement—making a real difference for clients and caregivers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee care operations, scheduling, and service delivery.

• Support staff, including hiring, training, onboarding, and performance feedback.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal policies and procedures.

• Monitor care quality and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Manage staffing levels and address personnel issues.

• Collaborate on budgeting, logistics, and resource management.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and caregivers to resolve concerns, as necessary.

• Support new initiatives and service expansion.

• Support project coordination and track deadlines or deliverables as needed.

• Perform other administrative and operational tasks to support office operations.

What You Bring:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Organized, can do attitude, self-starter.

• Experience in healthcare operations or home care .

• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations .

• Ability to balance client needs with operational efficiency.
