Responsibilities
* Be the primary face of the company to customers, ensuring every experience reflects our values and quality.
* Build and manage systems that make operations run like clockwork, from first customer contact to final project sign-off.
* Lead and inspire employees to work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.
* Implement a formal training and compensation system that drives team accountability and performance.
* Solve problems, make smart on-the-ground decisions, and keep jobs on time, on budget, and on point.
* Free up ownership to focus on strategic growth by taking the reins on daily execution.

What You Bring
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Up to 5 years of experience
* Excellent communication across all levels-customers, employees, and ownership
* Experience in service industries (a big plus!)
* A passion for systems, training, team development, and consistent delivery
