Full Heart Family Therapy is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who possesses knowledge about the mental health industry and experience in healthcare administration, human resources, and marketing. The position would oversee clinic operations, develop and maintain referral sources, recruit new therapists, and work toward business growth and health. This is a half-time position with potential to grow into full-time. 

Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic operations at all locations
• Collaborate with administrative staff and collaborate on updating policies and procedures as needed
• Networking, developing and maintaining referral sources, community connections, and growth opportunities
• Oversee internal and external audits
• Actively recruit new therapists, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Conduct performance reviews, action plans, offboarding tasks and termination procedures
• Oversee payroll and benefits management
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives, including monitoring client retention
• Oversee training and compliance for agency staff
• Develop marketing plans, maintain social media advertising and other marketing objectives to increase client referrals
• Plan and execute agency events and trainings
• Collaborate with the executive director in business expansion initiatives and execute growth plans
• Learn and back-up office manager with duties when needed

Qualifications:

• Takes a heart-centered approach in all areas of work (kindness, compassion, relational )
• Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent professional judgment
• Human resources, marketing, healthcare administration, mental health or related field experience required
• 2 years experience in healthcare administration or management in a mental health setting highly desired
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and juggle several projects at a time
• Strong ethical standards
