We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to take their injection molding facility to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire production teams to exceed performance goals while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

• Develop and implement cutting-edge process improvements that maximize productivity and minimize waste.

• Ensure seamless coordination between production, maintenance, and supply chain teams for optimal workflow and efficiency.

• Drive machine performance optimization and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.

• Keep inventory levels in check and collaborate with procurement to ensure smooth operations.

• Champion safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and sales teams to deliver on customer expectations and meet critical deadlines.

• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and continuously elevate operational excellence.

• Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field ().

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within an injection molding or plastics manufacturing environment.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.

• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.

• Deep understanding of injection molding machinery, materials, and production techniques.

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

• Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
