Description:

This role includes a variety of responsibilities and will require you to perform a wide range of job functions, however, the main responsibility of this position is to manage all day-to-day aspects of Arch Painting’s Residential Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team of Residential Project Managers & Assistant Project Managers
• Provide guidance, support & leadership to team
• Responsible for achieving division’s sales & GP targets
• Implement best practices for prospect meetings, estimating, proposal writing, job scheduling, project kick-offs, site visits, project close-outs & payment collection.
• Work with project coordinator to build weekly project schedule
• Build strong relationships with our sub-contractor base & maintain high level of accountability
• Regularly update/maintain WIP & Backlog reports for residential division
• Work with our marketing department to regularly review the performance of our residential lead
• Maintain a high grade of online reviews.
• Conduct weekly meetings with team
• Complaint resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the home service industry is a plus
• Position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good judgement and motivation to follow through tasks to completion. Uses tact and discretion
