Description:
This role includes a variety of responsibilities and will require you to perform a wide range of job functions, however, the main responsibility of this position is to manage all day-to-day aspects of Arch Painting’s Residential Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage a team of Residential Project Managers & Assistant Project Managers
- Provide guidance, support & leadership to team
- Responsible for achieving division’s sales & GP targets
- Implement best practices for prospect meetings, estimating, proposal writing, job scheduling, project kick-offs, site visits, project close-outs & payment collection.
- Work with project coordinator to build weekly project schedule
- Build strong relationships with our sub-contractor base & maintain high level of accountability
- Regularly update/maintain WIP & Backlog reports for residential division
- Work with our marketing department to regularly review the performance of our residential lead
- Maintain a high grade of online reviews.
- Conduct weekly meetings with team
- Complaint resolution
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the home service industry is a plus
- Position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good judgement and motivation to follow through tasks to completion. Uses tact and discretion
