We're looking to add an Operations Manager to our team to support our growth in the Itasca, IL market. The Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight and functionality of the non-sales functions of their assigned location. This individual will work closely with the Regional Manager and corporate management to develop and implement company goals

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the non-sales functions of their assigned location (customer service, vending, warehouse, etc.)
• Setup and maintain customer pricing
• Reviews and approves pricing overrides
• Monitors productivity of teams against company goals
• Drives operational efficiencies for each team/function assigned
• Oversees delivery vehicle and building maintenance/upkeep
• Identifies opportunities for cost savings
• Provides reports for management team based on performance of location
• Mentor and develop associates
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in customer facing role as a manager/supervisor

Desired Background

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in distribution industry
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost savings
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

Physical Requirements

• Frequently working with telephone
• Frequently sitting at work station
• Ability to operate a computer

Compensation: 75,000 - 85,000 annually base salary

Job Location: In-person, 100% required within assigned region
