Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall budgetary, financial, manpower, and operational functions of the entire site.

• Engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure operational excellence.

• Serve as a key liaison to customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering sustained relationships.

• Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project, to streamline processes and deliver results.

• Drive performance by overseeing and optimizing site operations with strategic foresight.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role or higher within VIP/business jet operations.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on MS Project.

• Ability to interact and communicate adeptly at all organizational levels, providing a clear and compelling voice to the customer.

• candidates will be located in Florida and ready for an immediate start.

• Willingness to travel to our site in Delaware for initial training and support.
