**Responsibilities**

- Supervise a team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.

- Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a related role.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

- Experience with project management principles and tools.

- A track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 per year
