As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your core duties will include…\n\n·      Providing strategic and operational leadership, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment.\n\n·      Managing a workforce of over 60 employees, including oversight of recruitment, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and disciplinary procedures.\n\n·      Driving improvements including waste reduction, OEE, quality and profitability\n\n·      Controlling operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring all business and profitability targets are consistently achieved.\n\n·      Leading continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality.\n\n·      Overseeing all departmental functions to ensure alignment with company objectives and that performance targets are met or exceeded across the board.\n\nOperations Manager\n\nThe Candidate\n\nYou must have experience of working as a Senior Manager within a sheet metal / fabrication environment.
