We areseekinga detail-oriented and motivatedOperations and Maintenance (O&M) Analystfor BatteryEnergyStorageSystemto support the planning, coordination, and analysis of operational and maintenance activitiesand data. The ideal candidate willassistinsupporting key O&M functions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that maintenance operations align with company standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate withOperationsandMaintenance,Asset Management, and Engineeringteams to ensuretimelyexecution of tasks.

• Assistwith preventive maintenance scheduling use a computerized maintenance management system (e.g., D365) to create and update schedules, coordinating with technicians to minimize downtime

• Maintain documentation and compliance logs keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, audits, and safety checks

• Support O&M process improvements observeworkflow bottlenecks,procedure writing supportand suggest simple enhancements or documentation updates tooptimizeoperations

• Assistingspares andlogisticsassistin organizing spareparts inventory and tracking deliveries to ensuretimelyavailability during maintenance and repairs

• Participate in safety and compliance activities support safety inspections and help document compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, industrial technology,or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Familiarity withDynamics 365or other maintenance tracking tools is a plus.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Skills:

• or academic project experience in operations or maintenance environments.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance operationsandasset management.

• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
