Operations / Franchise Development Manager: Commercial
Cleaning Industry

Compensation: base plus commissions and bonuses (depending on experience)
Stratus Building Solutions is looking for a Commercial Cleaning Specialist / Franchise
Development Manager for a fast growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company.
Our unique program solves many of the major problems that face facility and property managers
today. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity with
dynamic growth who can mentor, coach, motivate and execute our program.

Skills Needed:
-Be able to multitask with ease
-Have a background in Commercial cleaning is a plus
-Ability to present and hold training classes from power point files (will train the right candidate)
-Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Reliable hardworking
-Great Customer Service
-Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
-Experience in janitorial cleaning / training / and development of small business owner is a plus
-Willing to work evenings on an as needed basis for on-site training
-Bilingual: English Spanish is a plus

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
-Build relationships with Stratus franchisees
-Build Relationships with our customers and drive customer retention
-Conduct on-site and remote customer inspections
-Train and Develop our current franchisees
-Handle the start-up of service to new customers
-Train new franchisees
-Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees
