Company Overview:
- PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
- We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.
Position Overview:
- Manage site supervisors, ensure compliance with service-level agreements, and drive continuous improvement across your district.
- Main Objective: Responsible for the overall performance, staffing, and client satisfaction at 3-5 locations
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor on-site supervisors & team leads with daily operations
- Navigate customer requests and workload fluctuations
- Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and best practices
- Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, productivity goals, and customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and support the onsite team
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership and clients
- Support Supervisors with Admin Tasks (Ex. Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Dock Sheets)
- Review Payroll
- Analyze Profit and Loss Statement
- Collaborate with the Corporate Office on projects
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in warehousing/operations
- Ability to travel to support client accounts*
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
