About the job Operations Director Club Spa - BAHRAIN Objective:A luxury Urban Spa in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Operations Director. Responsible for maintaining all standards, policies, and procedures in 3 outlets. You will excel in this role if you are an efficient, solutions-driven individual, who enjoys fast-paced and constantly changing challenges, with a passion for the hospitality industry. ResponsibilitiesLiaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goalsPlan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progressSupervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedbackEvaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvementsManage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocationOversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfactionReview financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitabilityRevise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementationManage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendorsEvaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metricsEnsure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulationsRequirements and skillsProven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent positionExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesOutstanding communication and people skillsKnowledge of industry legal rules and guidelinesIn-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metricsFamiliarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plusPlease ensure that a recent image and all documentation accompany your application for it to be successful.BENEFITS:Visa costs and flights will be covered by the Hotel Group.Accommodation will be provided for the period of employment.Contracts range from a minimum of 1 - 2 years (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
