Operations & Client Experience Manager — Wealth Management
Rochelle Park, NJ
In-office, 5 days/week
Carbon Wealth Advisors is a referral-only, partner-led multi-family office serving a select group of high-net-worth families. Backed by Mariner Wealth Advisors, we combine the intimacy of a boutique firm with the infrastructure of a RIA.
We’re hiring a Wealth Management Operations & Client Experience Manager to be the operational backbone of our growing firm. You’ll work directly with the founding partners to ensure every client interaction, report, and workflow reflects the high standard our clients expect.
What You’ll Do
Manage client onboarding, account servicing, and custodian requests (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.)
Coordinate documentation, transfers, and client reporting
Optimize our tech stack (Wealthbox, RightCapital, DocuSign, Practifi)
Support compliance, performance reporting, and client meeting prep
Help shape our white-glove service culture as we scale
Who You Are
2–5 years in RIA, private wealth, or financial services operations
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive
Excellent communicator — polished and professional
Excited to grow into a senior operations or leadership role
Compensation
$70K–$75K base + annual bonus
