Role Overview:


The Operations and Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations at the warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and tools to job sites, assisting the field team, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, materials coordination, and operational support, and will have the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent organizational skills.


Core Responsibilities:


  1. Oversee warehouse operations, including material ordering, inventory management, and tool management.
  2. Prepare and schedule material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  3. Ensure warehouse safety, maintain a clean and organized environment, and adhere to company safety standards.
  4. Manage transportation logistics for field staff, ensuring vehicles are ready for use and appropriately stocked.
  5. Assist field teams with materials and deliveries, providing necessary resources to keep projects on track.
  6. Staff scheduling and management, ensuring the right personnel are available and coordinating daily tasks.
  7. Create daily and weekly job status reports and update team members on job site progress.
  8. Support technology orders and distribution to field staff and assist in staff training.
  9. Transport scrap materials to recycling centers and maintain vehicles and equipment.
  10. Perform additional operational duties as required by the team.


Required Background:


  1. Proven experience in warehouse operations, material management, and logistics in a construction setting.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
  3. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for organizational tasks.
  5. Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.
  6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  7. Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs, as well as work in outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
  8. Flexible work hours as all site work is completed after hours and on weekends.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree but not required.


Background:


  1. Previous experience in warehouse management or operational support in the construction industry.
  2. Familiarity with Procore construction software.
  3. OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training.

  1. Salary Range: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on experience).
