Operations and Process Manager

A leading international tax firm (80-strong) is looking for an Operations & Process Manager to join their London office.

This is your chance to make the business run smarter behind the scenes. With significant investment already underway in internal systems, data, automation, and ways of working, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Identify inefficiencies across systems, data, and processes - including Salesforce, CCH Access, and more
• Lead internal projects focused on automation for 2024/25
• Work closely with leadership to prioritise and shape business needs
• Champion AI adoption across the firm
• Recommend and oversee new tech implementations
• Collaborate with operations and IT teams to deliver results
