Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOperations & Marketing ManagerBased in Miami, the Operations & Marketing Manager supports both the COO and VP of Marketing. This dual-role position combines operational support (hotel asset management assistance, office administration, HR coordination, IT/vendor management) with marketing support (project tracking, vendor communications, preparation of marketing materials, collateral, and campaigns). The role involves direct executive support, frequent interaction with hotel brand partners, agencies, and property teams, as well as occasional travel to hotel properties and corporate brand offices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support (calendars, travel, reporting, presentations).
  • Support hotel operations, asset management, and smooth office management.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives including campaigns, collateral, presentations, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage HR administration: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits.
  • Oversee IT coordination, systems management, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in special projects, acquisitions, and brand activations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, management, or related field.
  • 2+ years in office management/executive support and 2+ years in hospitality marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools (Canva/Adobe) a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, professional, with high integrity and discretion.
