Operations Analyst in Norfolk

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Monitor and analyze customer calls and outage data to identify power outage locations and causes
• Dispatch field crews and emergency personnel for rapid service restoration
• Perform ARCOS callouts for emergencies, planned overtime, and shift coverage
• Manage multiple priorities and make quick, informed decisions under pressure
• Analyze data from multiple sources and develop appropriate action plans
• Provide strong customer service and operational support
• Requires dispatch/operations center experience, preferably in utilities or 911
• Strong verbal, written, and team communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED required
