Pay Rate: £447 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Role Description:

Key Skillset
\n
- \n
- Strong insurance operating-model and domain knowledge across policy, billing, claims, distribution and/or customer/partner operations
- Experience assessing business/IT roles, capability ownership, organizational handoffs and service/support responsibilities within an insurer
- Understanding of insurance technology ecosystems, including core platforms, digital capabilities, data/integration services and surrounding operational processes
- Experience translating technology transformation into future-state operating model, governance, roles and organizational implications

Role Definition

- Bring an insurance operating-model perspective to Inception planning, identifying how Sirius capabilities may interact with existing business, technology and operational functions
- Help develop discovery topics around capability ownership, roles, handoffs and support across insurance operations, IT and regional teams
- Challenge Inception materials to ensure they explore the operational implications and dependencies of introducing globally reusable capabilities into existing insurance environments
