Operations Analyst - Investment manager - Flexible working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate with 1–2 years of Operations experience to join a boutique investment manager as an Operations Analyst.

Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will gain exposure to middle- and back-office functions, including cash management, trade reporting, reconciliations, and investor transactions, while also developing knowledge of risk management through structured training.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant Operations experience, strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Equities, and advanced Excel skills, with the confidence to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Salary around £40,000.
