What You Will Do:
As an Operations Analyst, you will play an essential role within our Purchasing department, reporting to the Procurement Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supports Operations and Engineering groups with analytical and administrative tasks, for example:
- Interfaces with Industry groups and responds to inquiries
- Assists with Report preparation
- Performs Operations data analysis
- Assists project managers with Project accounting/forecasting and Data analysis
- Assists with Records and Information Management / Document Controls initiatives
- Assists with Contract Administration
- Prepares visual presentations and performs special analytical and research projects
- Other administrative tasks and special projects associated with engineering and construction projects
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three (3) years related work experience.
- Experience performing financial, statistical, or cost/benefit analyses, contract administration or financial/budget forecasting .
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the ENSTAR's Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a background, past employment, credit, drug, and driving record screening.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management, staff, and contractors and exhibit a professional manner.
- Detail oriented; superior organizational, information management, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of departmental policies and procedures and how they relate to the goals of ENSTAR.
- Effective oral and written communication skills to effectively understand and communicate policies and procedures.
- Proven analytical skills.
