Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD
Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week); will begin onsite during training

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range is $20.00 to $23.37 Hourly on w2

Job Summary:

This role partners closely with processing teams, including Lending and Banking, to ensure completeness of books and records, accuracy of controls, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research, and math skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate exception reports and ensure timely remediation and escalation.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure adherence to operational and procedural standards.
• Prepare and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards.
• Oversee control functions performed by offshore teams for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure escalation procedures are followed for any discrepancies or risk exposures.
• Support audit requests and regulatory (FOCUS) reporting.
• Identify existing and potential risks and work with other teams to develop solutions.
• Contribute to process reengineering and workflow automation through macro development or system enhancements.

Top Skills:

• Bachelors degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics ).
• Strong analytical, research, and math skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including macro creation and troubleshooting).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying process improvements.
