As a leader in health-forward food innovation, we are seeking an analytical and driven Operations Analyst to support our continuous improvement efforts in food production.

Job Summary

The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in improving operational performance across our manufacturing processes. This role supports data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze production and supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as yield, throughput, downtime, and scrap.
- Work cross-functionally with quality, production, and procurement to implement process improvements.
- Participate in Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Assist in inventory planning, labor analysis, and production forecasting.
- Support new product rollouts and equipment integration projects.
- Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and internal safety/quality standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing analysis, ideally within the food industry.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau .
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
