Partnering with a boutique Investment Manager on this newly created role to support their success and ongoing growth. Working closely with the Head of Operations this is a fantastic opportunity to assume responsibility and take full ownership of tasks and progress your career. This is a wide-ranging operations role whereby you can take on some new skills whilst honing existing ones.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Trade confirmations
• Cash and stock reconciliations, investigation, and resolution
• Valuations
• Corporate actions/proxy voting
• Cash management
• Reporting
• Platform data uploads
• Project work and process enhancement and automation

Essential skills required:

• 2 years’ at an investment manager/administrator in an investment operations role
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle
• Experience running reconciliations and resolving exceptions
• Confident communicator able to work well with the investment and distribution teams
• Pro-active with drive and desire to take ownership and responsibility
