Houston Operations Manager 

About Prestige Janitorial Services:

We are a privately owned commercial janitorial company. Our company is based in DFW, with a strong presence in DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio regions.

Job Description:

We are actively looking for a hybrid individual who will manage an assigned book of customers in the Houston area and work in outside sales.

Upon hiring, a 3-6 month training process will take place in the DFW region. Once training has been completed, relocation to Houston will occur. This individual will join our Houston Division and will be responsible for operations in Houston.

Experience in the role is .

Responsibilities include

- Developing a relationship with Clients.

- Scheduled visits to each facility.

- Managing Independent Contractors.

- Hiring, training, and monitoring of Independent Contractors.

- Valid State Driver’s License.

- Positive attitude and is willing to work with coworkers.

- Strong composition and oral communication skills.
