Job Description\n\nWe're looking for an Operational Resource Planner for a local government client in Nottinghamshire. To support the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient repair service. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate and schedule daily workloads for trades colleagues and contractors, ensuring appointments are managed effectively and key performance indicators are met.

You'll play a vital part in maximising resources, maintaining accurate systems, resolving scheduling issues and delivering excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nTo be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the workload of trades colleagues and/or contractors by allocating and organising work through the relevant processes to maximise efficiency of resources to meet defined key performance indicators.\n\nKnowledge & Experience Requirements\n\nProven experience coordinating and managing appointments/diaries for large teams in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.\n\t\nAdministration experience, including maintaining accurate records.\n\t\nExperience working with computerised and manual office systems.\n\t\nExperience communicating directly with members of the public.\n\t\nExperience working to tight deadlines and performance targets.\n\t\nStrong numeracy and literacy skills (verbal and written).\n\t\nAbility to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.\n\t\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, email, meetings).\n\t\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n\t\nAbility to use IT systems to input, manage and analyse data.\n\t\nHigh levels of professionalism, integrity and commitment to equality and .\n\t\nUnderstanding of service delivery within a multicultural community.\n\t\nAwareness of housing or repair services.\n\t\nExperience working in an environment focused on value for money.\n\t\nAdvanced organisational and prioritisation skills across manual and electronic diary systems.\n\t\nTypical working hours for this role are 8 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional late shifts from 9.30 am-5.30 pm. - Applicants must be available to do these hours.\n\nQualification – Essential \n\nGCSES or equivalent to include Maths and English\n\t\nNVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT or relevant equivalent experience\n\t\nAdvanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and social media.\n\nEssential Compliance Requirements\n\n3 Years of References\n\t\nEnhanced Adults DBS\n\nDiamond Blaque Group, a leading public-sector provider, is acting as the employment agency for this vacancy.
