SOME NOTES FROM Hiring Manager :
They are willing to consider someone they can train up for this, but it's likely they will be more gun shy this time around, so we may need someone with legit experience. My understanding is that they have RightAngle currently and will be upgrading it soon if they haven't started it already, so this position is a mix of implementation (really an upgrade) and support work.
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems or related area
3+ years of Openlink RightAngle experience
4+ years of experience in application support
Experience with Openlink RightAngle S14 or newer
A strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
Familiarity with SDLC processes such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
Experience working with ticketing systems such as Remedy
Familiarity with front to back office system data flow in RightAngle, including but not limited to Trade Capture, Contract Management, Lease Center, Credit, Risk, Scheduling, Inventory and Settlements
Ability to create complex pricing provisions and report views
Capable of testing business scenarios in RightAngle from deal capture to invoicing
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
