Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager / Superintendent (Hybrid) to lead construction operations across the Tri-State area. This dual-role position combines field supervision and project management responsibilities, requiring the ability to pivot between the jobsite and office to ensure seamless execution of federal, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
The ideal candidate thrives in both technical coordination and hands-on site management, and is capable of delivering projects that meet high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout.

Oversee field activities on-site and coordinate subcontractors to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, submittal logs, RFIs, and meeting documentation.

Track project progress, forecast risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including client-specific protocols.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings with field staff and subcontractors.

Coordinate closely with estimators, engineers, and office staff to maintain alignment across teams.

Prepare and submit accurate daily reports, field logs, and progress updates.
Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in a Project Manager or Superintendent role within the construction industry.

Strong background in federal, institutional, or commercial projects across New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.

Ability to manage multiple project phases, from mobilization to closeout.

Skilled in construction documentation, scheduling, and field coordination.

Comfortable managing field operations and working in the office as project needs dictate.
Certifications

OSHA 30 – Required

USACE CQM –

CPR/First Aid, EM 385-1-1, or other federal safety training – Plus

PMP or CM-Lean – Optional but beneficial
Additional Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tri-State area.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential.
