Job Summary:
The Tire and Lube Technician is responsible for performing tire maintenance and lubrication services on customer vehicles. This includes tasks such as tire rotations, balancing, repair, and replacement, as well as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. The technician ensures all services are completed efficiently, according to safety standards, and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, mount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Perform oil changes, replace filters, and check fluid levels.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle performance.
• Diagnose and repair tire issues (e.g., punctures, leaks).
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
