Offshore Rigger

Responsibilities Operate rigging equipment (e.g. cranes, winches, hoists) to lift, move, and position equipment and materials on offshore platforms Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Follow rigging plans and procedures for lifting and moving heavy loads Communicate with crane operators, riggers, and other team members to ensure safe and coordinated operations Monitor load movements and maintain proper rigging tension and angles Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures Assist with the maintenance and repair of rigging equipment and systems Participate in safety meetings and actively contribute to a culture of safety awareness and best practices Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an offshore rigger Valid rigging certification or equivalent training and experience Strong understanding of rigging principles, equipment, and safe practices Knowledge of offshore operations and safety protocols Ability to read and interpret rigging plans and technical drawings Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy loads in a safe manner Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
