RWE Offshore Wind GmbH To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent As an Offshore O&M Implementation Manager within the O&M Readiness Team, your role will utilize your skills, experience, and expertise within a team of O&M specialists. Your primary objective will be to formulate and execute forward-looking O&M strategies, primarily focusing on upcoming Dutch offshore projects. In your capacity as the O&M representative within RWE projects, you will exemplify our organizational values, with a particular emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environment standards. Collaborating within a team setting, you will actively push boundaries while contributing to the cultivation of local capabilities and the refinement of the O&M strategy. Your future plans: Leading and guiding the implementation of the O&M package for upcoming offshore wind farm projects, with a specific focus on projects situated in the Netherlands. Assuming the role of functional lead, managing the O&M package team throughout project development, construction, and commissioning phases, with a steadfast commitment to safeguarding operational interests. Establishing and nurturing local, regional, and international O&M networks. This entails fostering dependable relationships both internally and externally with potential project partners, and advocating for the growth of local supply chains to facilitate offshore O&M capacities. Overseeing and evaluating design concepts, technical solutions, and associated risks. You will be responsible for crafting decision papers on technical and commercial matters. Ensuring a continuous exchange of insights regarding operational concepts within offshore development projects and the broader RWE operational fleet. Contributing substantial technical and commercial insight to due diligence processes, encompassing emerging technologies. This involvement spans from the initial design and development stages through project construction, handover, and full commercial operation. Crafting and managing contracts, including the production of tender documents, bid assessment, negotiations with tier 1 suppliers, and the effective execution of contracts. Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to the establishment of high-performing teams, fostering a workplace that is both rewarding and conducive to excellence. Your profile: An educational background at the degree level, ideally in mechanical or electrical engineering, project management, relevant business/finance disciplines, or equivalent experience in the offshore wind sector or a related field. Demonstrated track record in project management, inclusive of leading small teams in the context of high-value projects. Substantial professional experience in O&M of offshore wind farms. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, underscored by a collaborative orientation. Your analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and adeptness at meeting tight deadlines are paramount. Exceptional integrity, reliability, proactiveness, and a structured approach to tasks.
