Offshore Installation Manager – Offshore Wind (Contract, 2/2 Rotation)

We’re hiring an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to support the construction phase of a major offshore wind farm. This contract role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and plays a critical part in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant offshore installation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead offshore operations in alignment with QHSE policies and industry best practices
• Coordinate daily offshore works, including multiple contractors and vessel activities
• Oversee marine operations, including lifting plans and SIMOPS management
• Ensure installation procedures, documentation, and reporting standards are upheld
• Monitor offshore progress, weather conditions, and logistical interfaces
• Support performance tracking, cost control, and risk mitigation across offshore scopes
• Ensure structured handover, certification, and project close-out

Must have GWOs and work inside ir35.
