Air General, a third-, family-owned, cargo handling company, is seeking a full-time Office Supervisor for its Denver International Airport (DEN) operation.
Required skills include: proven leadership skills, customer service, and Air Cargo experience, preferably both international and domestic. Must be able to work in the cargo operation on behalf of the airlines that we are contracted with; and work with the station manager to oversee the day to day operational needs to lead the employees to achieve successful performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare statistics and reports, as required by customer and managers, and distribute to all relevant parties. Maintain logs, files, and statistics as required.
- Provide details about shipments or handling incidents, which may result in future claims.
- Keep track of ULD stock, inventory reports, and send appropriate messages as required.
- Liaise closely with Top Airline Account Coordinators.
- Conduct spot checks on all office related performance.
- Ensure DRP entries are correct.
- Review staff performance and provide OJT as necessary.
- Ensure all customers are provided with information concerning the status of their shipments.
- Review and handle all messages requiring immediate responses or special handling. Liaise with manager as required.
- Ensure customer funds are deposited regularly, in accordance with customer requirements.
- Survey all work and office areas for neat, clean, and orderly conditions, including all back offices. Areas must be free of debris and any other work safety hazards.
- Ensure all safety standards are adhered to and all security procedures are complied with.
- Check daily briefings and ensure all staff are briefed.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the managers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required - college degree or equivalent industry experience
- 2 years of continuous office experience
- 2 years of Supervisor experience
- Must be able to obtain a valid airport SIDA badge
- Must be at least 18 years of
- Must have a valid and unexpired US Driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- PC proficiency (MS Office applications).
- Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks, applicable Custom Security Seal, and post offer drug screens
- Be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, high-noise environment, and meet deadlines
- Some travel may be required for airline specific training
