We are seeking an Office Scheduler to join our HVAC team and provide administrative support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will assist with various office tasks and ensure smooth operations. MUST have 2 years of Service Titan and HVAC experience.

*Duties*

- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records

- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars in Service Titan

- Provide support to staff with administrative tasks

- Utilize computerized systems for organizing information

- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

*Requirements*

-**MUST have Service Titan experience (2 years)

- Previous experience in an office setting is

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening Shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating Weekends/Holidays

Work Location: In person
