Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Analysis: Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.
- Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Education: Degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
- Minimum Experience: Prior construction Experience of 1-2 years is .
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel to projects as needed.
