Position Overview
Armadio is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office
operations within our manufacturing environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth
communication between departments, supporting leadership, and maintaining efficient
administrative and financial processes. The ideal candidate has strong management
experience, a solid understanding of accounting functions, and is comfortable working alongside
production, sales, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all office staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and daily
- workflow
- Serve as the primary communication link between office, manufacturing, sales, and leadership
- teams
- Manage and support basic accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts
- payable/receivable, and coordination with external accountants
- Assist in administering and tracking the company’s profit-sharing plan
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures
- Monitor office operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational insights
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for employees
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role
- Management experience within a manufacturing environment strongly
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related trades is a plus
- Proficiency with office software (ERP systems, accounting software a plus)
