Must have Construction Office management experience
Payroll (Private, State prevailing wage, Davis Bacon certified payroll) payroll taxes and related reports
Proficient in Quick Books, MS Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook, Drop Box and One drive
Able to fix/trouble shoot minor computer and printer issues
Accounting(Accrual and Cash Basis) and Job Costing knowledge a plus
Proficient with the internet and website maintenance
Property taxes
Human resources
Insurance and vehicle registration
Admin for DOORS and CARB programs
Project Management-Assist in all bid invites, making bid files in the drop box, sending out bid requests, and posting jobs bidding on the white board.
Print plans and specs and load into the drop box.
Set up job files in the drop box and binders and log/send out all submittals and shop drawings.
Create thorough Scopes of Work for each project and update regularly.
Create and send out Change Orders
Proficient in monthly billings
Need to be pleasant to work with AND a team player-a major PLUS
