GUNNER® is looking for a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Office Manager to keep our Nashville HQ running smoothly and support key administrative functions as we scale. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office—managing day-to-day operations, providing light HR support, and serving as a utility player for internal coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to contribute to an ambitious, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administrative Support

Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Greet guests, manage deliveries, and act as the liaison with building management

Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings for leadership, including agenda planning and logistics

Take notes during team and leadership meetings and track follow-up tasks

Support scheduling and planning of vendor visits, internal events, and offsites

Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office/kitchen supply orders

Handle light document management, filing, and record-keeping across teams

HR & Culture Support

Assist with new hire onboarding setup, checklists, and first-day logistics

Track team birthdays, anniversaries, and contribute to company culture initiatives

Help maintain employee records and ensure accurate internal documentation

Support HR contractors and external partners as needed with administrative tasks

Project & Process Management

Own small internal projects—vendor research, policy/process tracking, team-wide communications

Monitor and help track team spending or department-level budgets in collaboration with Finance

Proactively identify ways to make processes more efficient and team communication more seamless

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in office management, operations, admin, or executive assistant roles

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general tech-savviness

Prior experience coordinating with vendors or working cross-functionally with multiple teams

Comfortable supporting leadership and managing calendar logistics

Available to work on-site in Nashville, ~20 hours/week during business hours
Departments & Supervisor
This role will report directly to the CEO and provide support to the entire team.
