Job Description

Location: Cheltenham (Office-based)\nSalary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (Pro-rata for part-time)\nHours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Please specify preference)\nStart Date: Immediate (Early 2026)\n\nAbout Us\nWe are a small, dedicated property company in Cheltenham, focused on providing high-quality service to our local portfolio. As we start 2026, we are looking for a proactive Manager to join our close-knit team and help drive our daily operations forward.\n\nThe Role\nThis is a diverse role perfect for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities. You will be the central point of contact for the office and our small maintenance department, ensuring properties are well-kept and operations are efficient.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Office Management: Day-to-day works administration, office management and acting as the first point of contact for maintenance calls/clients.\n\n * Maintenance Coordination: Managing repair requests, scheduling internal maintenance staff and external contractors, and ensuring all works are completed to high standards.\n\n * Financial Support: Handling basic accounts, including processing invoices, tracking maintenance budgets.\n\nAbout You\n\n * Experience: Previous background in office management or property administration is highly desirable.\n\n * Accounts Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage ) is a strong advantage.\n\n * Organisation: Excellent multitasking skills with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude suitable for a small business environment.\n\n * Communication: Professional phone etiquette and IT skills/management and the ability to build rapport with contractors and tenants alike.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive salary based on experience.\n\n * Supportive, modern working environment in central Cheltenham.\n\n * Immediate start in 2026 for the right candidate
